GRAVITATED REJUVENATION - MONDAYS AT 8AM

Gravitated Rejuvenation Yoga is a class where our community gravitates together to start the new week with jovial movement after our weekend excursions. We chat and your instructor, Markie Roberts, listens to what the group is craving to heal, focus on, or release within their bodies. Expect a full range of motion, from head to toe curated to the group's needs. Always beginning with a mindful warm up and intention setting, followed by a dynamic vinyasa flow and rejuvenating savasana.

This hour-long class is suitable for able bodied beginners and advanced yogis, alike.

SPIRIT KUNDALINI YOGA - TUESDAYS AT 9AM 

S.K.Y. is founded and guided by Kim Stern. It's a Spirit based Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Sound Healing Experience.

Together, we explore ourselves in a safe, hands-free space (no physical touching or adjustments) as we deeply connect with our breath, our imagination, our will, our bodies, our minds, and our hearts.

KIRTAN KRIYA MEDITATION + GONG BATH - TUESDAYS (8/20-9/10) AT 11AM 

This is a 4 class series, held Tuesdays at 11am with Kim Stern, the founder of Spirit Kundalini Yoga. Join one, or all. The choice is yours.

 

In Kirtan Kriya Meditation + Sound Bath-
We'll gather and Ommm.
We'll learn about the famous Kirtan Kriya meditation and all its powerful benefits (especially for the brain and memory.)
We'll practice this incredible and highly researched meditation.
We'll cap it off with the prescribed symphonic gong sound healing experience.
And we'll all float away and into a renewed connection with ourselves.

SUNSET SURRENDER - TUESDAYS AT 7PM

This class is taught at a very slow pace with a meditative approach to help us restore our muscles + tissues, while calming our minds. Instructor, Sandy Houseman, creates a safe and inclusive space for us to let every tension melt away.

Sunset Surrender features a slow-paced, mindful, restorative style of yoga. It includes postures that are held for long periods, supported by various props- bolsters, blankets, straps, etc. Experience a sense of grounding and centeredness as this class is taught with no standing postures.

SLOW FLOW - WEDNESDAYS AT 9AM

Slow Flow is curated to provide you with a rejuvenating experience. ​In class, with Miranda Rogers, we focus on deliberate, fluid movements that allow us to deeply connect to our breath, while strengthening the body. This is a slower paced class that encourages us to embrace mindfulness and find harmony as we move through each pose and posture. Leave feeling centered, and at ease in this mid-week reset of mindfully moving our bodies.

POWER HOUR - WEDNESDAYS AT 5PM

class begins september 11th

Let out some of the stress and pressure you've been holding in this mid week opportunity to leave it all on the mat.
Power Hour with Nichole Bolden is a mixture of yoga styles designed to push you to your edge. 360° of flowing, bending, twisting and stretching with lots of modifications offered for students of all levels of experience.

Class will conclude with a long, soothing savasana and sound bath.

PEACEFUL PRACTICE - THURSDAYS AT 9AM

In this traditional style of yoga with April Gallegos, we're invited to feel deeply into your body and meet ourselves where we’re at. Guided through unhurried movements, postures and shapes, we don't bypass any moment with ourselves.  We explore subtle and sweeping movements as well as hold poses for extended periods of time.

 

Throughout our time together we will check in to ourselves regularly to be present with the feelings of energy created within the body. 

This peaceful practice of tuning-in fosters a harmonious relationship between our often-conflicting mind and body and expands our capacity of self-knowledge and acceptance.

YIN FUSION - THURSDAYS AT 7PM

Yin Yoga is the practice of relaxing the muscles, to get deeper into the "yin" tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks, even our bones. To do this we settle in and hold postures for longer periods of time using various yoga props to help facilitate the desired pose.

Yin Fusion, also introduces some "yang" movement, but with a more restorative, universal, interconnecting approach. Join Marina in this weekly practice of returning to ourselves!

Yoga Foundations is a gentle hatha flow yoga class with an intentional approach. This class is designed for the beginner wanting to dive a little deeper into their practice building understanding and strength. Your instructor, Alicia Richardson, incorporates basic foundational poses; focusing on proper alignment. We end class with an extended moment of meditative stillness with lots of nourishing hands-on adjustments.

MORNING MOVEMENT - SATURDAYS AT 8AM

Morning Movement is an upbeat, vinyasa flow yoga class. Your instructor, Alicia Richardson, incorporates energizing flowing sequences to warm up the body, focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. She utilizes hands on adjustments to help guide and deepen each posture. We wind down with slower paced postures to promote overall calm and relaxation.

This is a more challenging class but is suitable for experienced beginners + advanced yogis alike.

AWAKEN + RECHARGE - SATURDAYS AT 9:30AM

Awaken and Recharge is designed to reset and restore, taking a whole-body approach to improving physical and mental health. Your instructor, Alicia Richardson, uses a combination of yoga therapeutics, breathwork, slow flow, myofascial release and restorative postures, followed by an extended moment of meditative stillness with lots of nourishing hands-on adjustments.

SOUL FLOW - SUNDAYS AT 9AM

Join Alicia Richardson on Sundays for an intentional weekly vinyasa flow. In this class she will combine multiple modalities to help completely nourish the mind, body and soul. Each class will be carefully curated to challenge, inspire and help grow your practice. This will begin with intention setting and breath work bringing the mind into the present moment. Followed by a carefully structured vinyasa flow to help discover balance, strength and understanding of the body. Ending with a soul nourishing savasana sequence to help unravel and let go of what no longer serves you while intentionally building the practice to see the future with peace, relaxation and joy.

 

​This 75 - 90 min. class is a challenge, but for all levels with lots of modifications, use of props and hands on adjustments. No registration required. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. The rest will be provided. $15 via Cash or Venmo.

A SOMATIC EXPERIENCE - FRIDAY, AUG 30 AT 6:30PM

Guided by Sage Sanctuary owner and founder, Cory Bailey-Fernandez, Somatic Experience is a unique adventure in and through the body.

Somatic Experiences and Therapies are mind-body exercises that help release the stuck emotions and traumas of the past that are still negatively affecting your physical and emotional wellbeing. Stuck emotions and traumas can pop up in the form of inflammation, poor coping skills, inflexibility, triggers, trouble setting boundaries, over or under reacting, etc.

​

Each Somatic Experience class is different. Some include energetic or flowing movements, and others involve more inward, gentle exercises. (No experience or fitness is required. EVERYbody is welcome.) All are designed to help free you from the stress, anger, frustration, guilt, shame, and pain that is preventing you from joyfully engaging in all aspects of life.

​

Please dress comfortably, and be ready to sweat. Bring a water, your yoga mat. we will provide the rest.

INNER TEMPLE - SUNDAY, SEPT 15 AT 6PM

Inner Temple is a unique journey to tend to our inner sacred space. It's a healing experience led by Ana Martinez where sound, meditation, and movement come together to invoke/inspire deep relaxation and presence. Bringing us back to our Inner Temple.

This journey will feature a relaxing sound bath, guided meditation, and somatic movement along with hands on healing to ground and center you in peace and serenity.

This class is for EVERYbody. No experience required.

KIND MOVEMENT - SUNDAY, SEPT 22 AT 5PM

Kind Movement is back for an extended workshop. Jason and Monique will be at Sage Sanctuary, on September 22nd at 5pm to wrap you up in white light.

This will be an extended version of the Kind Movement, with a dreamy meditation, moving in to intentional Restorative Yoga postures that will put you at ease. While you sink in to each posture both Monique and Jason will come by and offer hands on Reiki to deepen the restorative power of the posture allowing you to melt into your props and mat.

Savasana will be extra juicy as you rest into the soothing vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, you'll receive more hands on Reiki. This extended Savasana experience will allow time and space for you to drift further into balance - body, mind and spirit.

We certainly hope you can make this special reemergence of an old favorite as we welcome in a new season with the Fall equinox.
