GRAVITATED REJUVENATION - MONDAYS AT 8AM

Gravitated Rejuvenation Yoga is a class where our community gravitates together to start the new week with jovial movement after our weekend excursions. We chat and your instructor, Markie Roberts, listens to what the group is craving to heal, focus on, or release within their bodies. Expect a full range of motion, from head to toe curated to the group's needs. Always beginning with a mindful warm up and intention setting, followed by a dynamic vinyasa flow and rejuvenating savasana.

This hour-long class is suitable for able bodied beginners and advanced yogis, alike.

COSMIC FLOW -TUESDAYS AT 9AM 

Cosmic Flow is a guided movement journey to discover the magic of embodiment and moving to the rhythm of your soul.

Together, with your instructor Ana Martinez, we will explore authentic expression through intentional, intuitive, somatic movements. Here, we create safety within the body, nurture the spirit, and make space for more flow in life.

SUNSET SURRENDER - TUESDAYS AT 7PM

This class is taught at a very slow pace with a meditative approach to help us restore our muscles + tissues, while calming our minds. Instructor, Sandy Houseman, creates a safe and inclusive space for us to let every tension melt away.

Sunset Surrender features a slow-paced, mindful, restorative style of yoga. It includes postures that are held for long periods, supported by various props- bolsters, blankets, straps, etc. Experience a sense of grounding and centeredness as this class is taught with no standing postures.

Slow Flow is curated to provide you with a rejuvenating experience. ​In class, with Miranda Rogers, we focus on deliberate, fluid movements that allow us to deeply connect to our breath, while strengthening the body. This is a slower paced class that encourages us to embrace mindfulness and find harmony as we move through each pose and posture. Leave feeling centered, and at ease in this mid-week reset of mindfully moving our bodies.

Guided by Miranda Rogers, we will flow through a creative vinyasa sequence of invigorating bends and stretches, while cultivating flexibility and enhancing our range of motion. Embrace the art of balancing poses that encourage inner stability and outer grace, while also improving concentration and core strength. Come discover the beauty of bending and the art of finding balance within yourself in this empowering yoga experience.

CANDLELIGHT YIN - THURSDAYS AT 7PM

Allow yourself to relax from the stresses of the week by showing our bodies some love. Candlelight Yin is a yoga class that eases tense muscles and guides the mind into a zen state. Our instructor, Alicia Richardson, leads us through breathwork, gentle yoga postures held with patience and extended relaxation (savasana)

Yoga Foundations is a gentle hatha flow yoga class with an intentional approach. This class is designed for the beginner wanting to dive a little deeper into their practice building understanding and strength. Your instructor, Alicia Richardson, incorporates basic foundational poses; focusing on proper alignment. We end class with an extended moment of meditative stillness with lots of nourishing hands-on adjustments.

MORNING MOVEMENT - SATURDAYS AT 8AM

Morning Movement is an upbeat, vinyasa flow yoga class. Your instructor, Alicia Richardson, incorporates energizing flowing sequences to warm up the body, focusing on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. She utilizes hands on adjustments to help guide and deepen each posture. We wind down with slower paced postures to promote overall calm and relaxation.

This is a more challenging class but is suitable for experienced beginners + advanced yogis alike.

AWAKEN + RECHARGE - SATURDAYS AT 9:30AM

Awaken and Recharge is designed to reset and restore, taking a whole-body approach to improving physical and mental health. Your instructor, Alicia Richardson, uses a combination of yoga therapeutics, breathwork, slow flow, myofascial release and restorative postures, followed by an extended moment of meditative stillness with lots of nourishing hands-on adjustments.

BEYOND SURVIVAL - SATURDAYS AT NOON

Beyond Survival is so much more than a self-defense class. It's an empowerment; designed to prepare you mentally and physically for any potential danger through building our awareness, strength, and confidence. We do this by practicing a harmonious blend of yoga, pilates, martial arts, education and so much more. All techniques are curated to strengthen our bodies, keep a clear mind in all situations (including potentially dangerous ones).

​

Each class with Ashley will have a new focus and perspective, teaching us about situational awareness, posture, strength, boundaries, effective tools to carry while alone, and how to use them (and our bodies) in times of real threat.  ALL classes, regardless of our focus, are designed to provide knowledge + skills to physically defend ourselves against dangerous situations and circumstances. We also have a lot of fun!!

BELLY DANCING - SUNDAY, APR 7, 14, 21 AT 9AM

Let's connect with ourselves and each other as we tune into the rhythms and cycles, through ancient dance. Embrace every curve and awaken the divine feminine within, through movement. Shimmy and shake with us at Sage Sanctuary for a belly dancing workshop led by Parva Tara, birth worker, mother, belly dancer. Belly Dancing is one of the oldest forms of expressive dance. It's benefits include-
improved balance, strength, digestion, coordination and confidence as well as being a fun and highly expressive. It allows us to connect back to our bodies, womb space, and tone our pelvic floors.

​

Arrive in comfortable, breathable clothing. Belly Dancing accessories will be available for purchase during class.

This class is suitable for all bodies and all levels of experience. First-timers welcome. Pre + post natal moms are encouraged to join us.

KIND MOVEMENT - WEDNESDAYS AT 4:30PM

Kind Movement is a mid-week opportunity for one to rest into self-awareness through restorative yoga postures layered with hands on Reiki and a touch of sound. With the work week buzz and the busy-ness of life, an opportunity for coming back to center and finding balance is a gift.

Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening the body and mind through passive stretching. Each class has a unique topic of focus intended for inviting deeper self-awareness and connection as students move through each posture.
Following the intentional Asana, students will enjoy a super relaxing extended Savasana accompanied by the soothing sounds of the crystal bowls.

This 75 minute class is suitable for all every body, levels, and abilities. Beginners + 1st timers welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. The rest will be provided.

INNER TEMPLE - SUNDAY APRIL 28 AT 6PM

Inner Temple is a unique journey to tend to our inner sacred space. It's a healing experience led by Ana Martinez where sound, meditation, and movement come together to invoke/inspire deep relaxation and presence. Bringing us back to our Inner Temple.

This journey will feature a relaxing sound bath, guided meditation, and somatic movement along with hands on healing to ground and center you in peace and serenity.

SOMATIC EXPERIENCE - MONDAY APRIL 29 AT 6:30PM

Guided by Sage Sanctuary owner and founder, Cory Bailey-Fernandez, Somatic Experience is a unique adventure in and through the body.

Somatic Experiences and Therapies are mind-body exercises that help release the stuck emotions and traumas of the past that are still negatively affecting your physical and emotional wellbeing. Stuck emotions and traumas can pop up in the form of inflammation, poor coping skills, inflexibility, triggers, trouble setting boundaries, over or under reacting, etc.

Each Somatic Experience class is different. Some include energetic or flowing movements, and others involve more inward, gentle exercises. (No experience or fitness is required. EVERYbody is welcome.) All are designed to help free you from the stress, anger, frustration, guilt, shame, and pain that is preventing you from joyfully engaging in all aspects of life.

Please dress comfortably, and bring a water and your journal to write down any thoughts or images that come up during this experience.

SUNDAY SOUL FLOW - SUNDAY APRIL 28 AT 10AM

In this 90min vinyasa flow, your instructor, Alicia Richardson will combine multiple modalities to help completely nourish the mind, body and soul. Class will begin with intention setting and breath work bringing the mind into the present moment. Followed by a carefully structured vinyasa flow to help discover balance, strength and understanding of the body. Ending with a soul nourishing savasana sequence to help unravel and let go of what no longer serves you while intentionally building the practice to see the future with peace, relaxation and joy.

​

This class is a challenge, but for all levels with lots of modifications and hands on adjustments. Bring your yoga mat if you have one. We'll provide the rest.

PRENATAL YOGA SERIES - BEGINS SUNDAY, MAY 5 AT 9AM

Dedicate time and connection to your motherly metamorphosis over the course of 4 weekly classes with expecting mother, yoga instructor, and prenatal specialist, Markie Roberts.

What is included in this series?
-3 classes of Prenatal Yoga- Harmonize with your body, baby & being. Learn safe practices to move with your evolving body & baby.

-1 Partners Workshop- For the fourth class bring your birthing partner for a specialized hour workshop. Teaching the main elements of care; physical, emotional, informative, and advocacy. Birthing mother and partner will learn to move together preparing to support one another in this entwined emergence.

​

Please feel welcome to bring the nutrition you need for consumption within a 1 hours class- while being mindful of strong scents for other mothers potential aversions. Bring your yoga mat, if you have one, and we will provide the rest. No yoga experience necessary.

MOM APPRECIATION MAT PILATES - SUNDAY MAY 12 AT 11:30AM

Mom Appreciation Mat Pilates Class - A "me and mom" fitness class where YOUR MOM IS FREE, when you join her!!!

It's time to have a little fun, and invite mom to to this beginner friendly mat pilates class with Ashley Baker!

Research shows that when we work out, our brain releases endorphins, dopamine, noradrenaline, oxytocin, and serotonin. Together these brain chemicals create feelings of comfort, relaxation, happiness, confidence, and connection. So give mom a mental AND physical pick-me-up for Mother's Day!!!

All fitness levels, and ages (12 years old +) welcome. This Pilates class will combine simple, rhythmic movements in a confidence-building practice.

​
