Cory
Bailey-Fernandez
Cory is the owner and founder of Sage Sanctuary. She is a passionate Intuitive Bodyworker, Energy Healer, Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, Soul Based Entrepreneur, Facilitator of Healing, and Guide. Through her past education in psychology and a series of personal, world altering events, she was led to pursue a life in spiritual development and healing. She is a permanent student and constantly craves exploration, personal growth, and creative outlet. Cory has a big, open heart that shines through in everything she does.
Cory hosts many workshops and certifications at Sage Sanctuary, including sound healing events, Sound Therapist Training, various meditations, Meditation Teacher Training, Manifestation Workshops, Somatic Experiences, and Aligned (Regulating the Nervous System), just to name a few.
She Also offers private healing sessions that are other worldly. She incorporates her many learned and natural modalities into each session. Specializing healing the root causes of the belief systems and traumas that are inhibiting us from becoming our best selves. Using "Soul Guided Journeywork," Guided Meditation, and Reiki, she guides you to rewire the neurotransmitters associated with those beliefs and traumas, allowing you to have a completely different experience in life. Cory also uses Meridian Acupressure (as it pertains to the emotions), Biofield Tuning, Inner Child Healing, Energetic Cord Cutting, Quantum Sound Therapy, Somatics, Guided Meditation and Visualization, Shamanic Journeying, and more to help you heal from the past.

Katy Russell
I'm Katy Russell, Intuitive Reiki Master, Practitioner and Teacher here at Sage Sanctuary. I am a Professional Member of The International Center for Reiki Training’s Reiki Membership Association, and an Ordained Minister with The Universal Life Church. In addition to seeing clients privately at Sage, I also teach all levels of Usui / Holy Fire ® III Reiki. Here is my story-
My interest in the spiritual world began as teen when my curiosity drew me to tarot card readings and psychic mediums. As an adult, I participated in Spirit Circles; and this is where I was exposed to Reiki energy healing for the first time. At that time, I was my grandmother’s caregiver and realized what a positive impact this could have on her care. So I stepped into my own Reiki training. As soon as class began, I just innately knew that I would be a Reiki Teacher one day. I deeply wanted to share this healing modality with others. And as an empath, I love helping others discover their own path to healing. So here I am, almost seven years later, as a full time Reiki Master Practitioner + Teacher, and loving every minute of it!!
When I'm not doing energy work, you can find me enjoying time with my growing family, dogs, or in the garden.

Sarah coker
Sarah Coker is a student of life and lover of all things holistic! She believes in the power of aligning the body, mind, and soul in order to live an authentic, fulfilling, and wholesome life. Sarah is an Occupational Therapist, Myofascial Release Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, and 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) currently earning her 500-hour RYT certification. She envisions a simple, individualistic approach when it comes to helping others. Sarah’s ultimate passion is to simply help others feel better by returning back to her roots with evidenced-based knowledge about the body and mind, as well as an intuitive approach with her knowledge about the spirit/soul. She is Rooted in Wellness!

Hi Friends! We are Monique and Jason Beskin, of Kind People Wellness. We are Wellness Facilitators here at Sage Sanctuary where we are honored to share in creating space for the community to come connect and heal together! We've been married 21 years and are parents to three amazing daughters and two fur babies. Our mission is to hold space for the community to come together and connect over topics fostering healing, harmony and joy.
Over the last 20+ years, we've spent together, through the overcoming of obstacles and shedding of the many layers that made up the people we once were. We've unlearned a tremendous amount of old habits and patterns and learned many new ways to healthfully navigate life. We believe life must be approached from the perspective that harmonizing mind, body, and soul is what ultimately creates an environment in which healing can take place and wellness can be maintained, and we are here to support in that harmonization. We are space holders for those seeking to cultivate healing and balance, physically and energetically.
Through various healing practices such as Yoga, breathe work, Reiki, sound therapy, guided journeys/meditation, sacred ceremonies, and rituals, we serve as guides, leading you back to yourself. We create a space for you to be reacquainted with yourself and your own innate power, where you can rediscover your true core values empowering you to orchestrate your own deep healing and transformation.
We are honored to share space, wisdom, and healing with our community, where we are all students and teachers, in one capacity or another.

Mary O'Dwyer
My name is Mary O’Dwyer and I lead Transformational Breath® on Wednesdays at 7pm, here at Sage Sanctuary! I discovered Transformational Breath® when I accidentally stumbled upon a flyer advertising a workshop that promised “Peace and Joy” back in 2013!
At that stage of my life I had become aware that I was very disconnected from everything in my life. From the outside it looked great- I had a great husband, 2 great kids, no financial or health issues. I had recently started a home based health and wellness business, so basically I had everything the world told me I should have in order to be happy. But in fact I was miserable. I was going through the motions of life and feeling very empty on the inside. When you get these realizations and are ready to do something about it, the Universe/Spirit/ God always responds! My answer was that workshop that promised “Peace & Joy." That 90 minutes changed my life. It was truly transformational. I became the groupie who showed up every week, I did the private sessions, the weekends, the week long retreats and somehow found myself in facilitator training. Since I discovered this work I have shifted how I have shown up as a wife, mother, daughter, sibling, friend, co-worker. No area of my life was left untouched. I learned how to be responsive rather than reactive which meant no more letting annoyances build up until I blew my top! I learned how to deal with annoyances, frustrations, challenges in the moment. I learned how to pause and breathe before I speak. I learned how to listen to my heart, my intuition, my inner guidance. The outcome is that I am calmer, happier, fulfilled, more grounded and have a more innate sense of confidence in my decisions and actions than was there before. I continue to have great relationships with my family and friends, but instead of being the go with the flow people pleaser I was, I now ask for what I want and need from these relationships. I am no longer reliant on other people’s approval while maintaining a sensitivity to give myself what I need without creating drama or stepping on other’s toes. The freedom of being able to live my life the way I want to and take responsibility for every choice and action has definitely allowed me to access the “Peace & Joy” that my very first experience of transformational Breath® promised!

Alicia Richardson
Hi Sage Family! I'm Alicia Richardson! I am so excited to be taking a deeper dive into hosting classes and workshops here at Sage! I am a RYT200 Yoga Instructor, Empowerment Expert, Self Love Guru and Queen of the Kitchen and Nourishment.
My own empowerment journey into the spiritual community began in 2018 at a spiritual retreat. I was looking for healing after struggling with eating disorders and a damaging inner dialog. Through a consistent yoga practice, and a deep dive into self care and self love, I fully committed to the upward path I was on, turning everything I learned into a permanent, healthy way of life. By learning to take care of all aspects of myself, I developed a wealth of knowledge on practicing unconditional love for oneself... and now I share this knowledge, love and empowerment with others!
With changing my relationship with food and nourishment, cooking for others now brings me joy. I spend my extra time cooking on spiritual and healing retreats. In immersing myself fully into this powerful, healing community, I have completed Mermaid Movement Divine Dive, Leadership Academy and my Yoga Certification! And because I love sharing these passions with the community, I'd love for you to join me in my self love series workshops, or any of my empowering yoga classes (Thursdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 8am).

Nora Armbruster
Hi! I'm Nora! Growing up in Southern California, the beach, mountains, and desert were my playgrounds. Hiking the SoCal mountain range, climbing rocks at Joshua Tree, and taking in the beach life were all magical parts of my childhood. As an adult, I searched for physical pursuits that would help maintain my health and well-being. In that search, I found my calling in yoga after years of cardio workouts and weightlifting, which never really fed my soul. Yoga spoke so deeply to me, on a spiritual level and provided the magic I was seeking. When I started my yoga journey I loved the more physically challenging yoga styles, but I now have a deep respect for the more mentally stimulating aspects of Restorative Yoga (slow and mindful), Meditation, and Yin Yoga (slower-paced yoga while holding poses), all of which offers students, and me, to tune into self. Each yoga style fulfills the longing for a healthy, balanced, and enriched life.
I am an Animal Communicator, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a Registered Athletic Administrator and a member of Yoga Alliance. My yoga teaching journey has been a deliberate and growing passion to serve others. I have taught large group classes, semi-private classes, and private classes, all designed to enhance a student’s life. My classes nurture each student with honesty, trust, and compassion.

Have you guys had the honor of meeting Kim Stern yet? Kundalini Kim, or Devi Atma Kaur is a transformational and beneficial presence on Planet Earth. She is a Leader; Private Coach, Teacher, Healer and Student in service to Spirit. Her powerful classes and teachings provide medicine that is authentic, potent, relevant, current and intentional.
Kim is generous, humorous, courageous, human. A lover of life, animals, music, dance, adventure and the Sun. She has worked with hundreds of individuals and groups supporting transformation, authenticity, prosperity, forgiveness, joyful living and sustainable relationships of every kind.

Wendy Witters
Hey guys! I'm Wendy! I have been with Sage Sanctuary for quite some time, teaching a variety of classes. And I'm so excited to bring you R+R Yoga on Tuesdays at 7pm, starting 12/14. It's a gentle Yin/Restorative Yoga class (which is my passion). Restorative Yoga has changed my own life and body in countless ways. To know my story, read on-
The first yoga class I ever took was over 15 years ago at a local gym (terrible experience). My body was in excruciating pain and discomfort throughout the class. I thought to myself, "This can't be right. This can't be Yoga."
Four years later, while living in Arizona, I was diagnosed with "frozen shoulders" and Yoga was recommended as a gentle way to gain my mobility back. I started taking Yin and Restorative Yoga classes and not only would I feel amazing afterward, I slowly was able to gain more mobility and range of motion in my shoulders. But it went beyond that- for the first time I experienced true HEALING, not only in my body, but in my mind.
Now, I find emotional and physical strength through Restorative Yoga. It has been a journey of healing, for sure. I no longer have frozen shoulders. And it is my life's purpose to share this modality as it has been shared with me, in order to help people along their journeys as well.

markie roberts
Markie has been practicing yoga for nine years, and teaching for many of those years. Her teaching style is mindful; weaving in healing arts and holistic practices such as Reiki, astrology, breathwork & elemental energies. Markie’s warm personality fosters a feeling of safety in everyone she meets; inviting everyone to be their true self. By centering one's breath, body, and mind, you walk away from her classes feeling light, introspective, flexible and balanced- Like you pressed the reset button on your busy life.
She lives her life, hand in hand with her husband, & the leashes of their adventures dogs.
Markie teaches RISE at Sage Sanctuary. Rise is an open format class. Each class with Markie is an opportunity to RISE and empower ourselves through honoring exactly where the body is in the moment. Some days, we might crave slow methodical movement with a focus on our cranky hips or shoulders. Some days we may need deep, therapeutic stretching to minimize our stress levels. And some days we might want a challenging flow. RISE encompasses all of it, as you are a participant in how class will unfold. Anything goes here, and you have a say!
Markie begins each class by tuning into the body and it's needs and after a brief discussion, we go directly into a beautiful yoga class curated for what the group is craving. Enjoy a unique experience each week!

Erin Macsymic
Hey friends! If you have not yet been to one of my classes yet, I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Erin Macsymic and I am a Certified Medical Support and Clinical Hypnotherapist. I host a series of workshops here at Sage Sanctuary and also see clients privately.
I received my training from the prestigious Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This academy offers the most comprehensive training in the world. I am a certified and experienced Hypnosis Therapist, HMR Trauma Specialist, Bengston Energy Healer, and Registered Massage Therapist, with special certifications in Mind-Body Medicine and Positive Psychology from Harvard University. I have certificates from Postural Restoration Institute, Functional Range Release and NLP training with a Health Sciences degree and have immense knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I bring this training and knowledge to our community in order to help us release trauma, stress, physical/emotional/mental pain. I help us harness the powers of healing in order to love ourselves and be the best possible versions of self. I help you to open to the mind-body energy skills you need to live a happier, healthier, more victorious life. With compassion, knowledge, dedication, and artistry I am a catalyst for deep emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
